I asked my FB community how they rated themselves with meal planning on a scale of 1-10.
1 - when I'm hungry I open the fridge to see what we have.
10 - I meal prep on Sunday and have all my meals cooked and in containers for the week
Most of the people fell in the 0-3, which made them feel frustrated, overwhelmed, anxious, out of control...
