Often people mention I have tons of
self-discipline and willpower but the honest truth is I have no
more than you.
The two things I've been good at
doing over the course of years
- Identifying when I have the most
willpower and using that time to my advantage.
- Creating healthy habits. This system
or foundation I am building to fall back on daily keeps me from
needing to tap into my willpower for choices about workouts, food,
sleep, morning routine, etc.
