I know...eat more. Sounds like I'm crazy; however, rhe first thing I ask most of my clients to do is eat more (and sleep more but that's a conversation for another time).
Why? Well much like you can't have a roaring fire without the wood, your body's metabolism needs food to work optimally. It appears to be counter-intuitive thanks to the marketing strategies of the diet culture. But it's needed...take a listen to find out more.
